4:00pm. This conference sponsored by PRO-Parents will focus on the
complexity of the Special Education system and the tools to effectively
navigate the system. Parents and educators will find the techniques
and information to be user friendly. Real examples will be presented
on the impact of the laws, implementation, advocacy strategies and
techniques. The information presented will be applicable to all ages
